This is a 9.90 / 10.0 car and in tip top condition. My wife and I have taken great care of it and we would not be selling it if it could seat 7.
30K mile service just done one month ago. New brake pads on rear, full tune-up with new spark plugs, etc. Comes with 2009 wind screen for when the top is down ($500 value).
